Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina - Pristina

The staff were exceptionally nice, incredible and helped me with free parking. Easy check-in, late check-out. A pedestrian area, perfect and particularly good location next to Prishtine and all the restaurants and the city center.

The a double room with a comfortable bed had basic facilities you need. The bonus was beautiful room decor and nice bar.

The hotel was perfect and absolutely fantastic, the decorations were very classy. Got large and well air-conditioned room with beautiful views over the walking area in the middle of town, fast WiFi plus a comfortable bed - always come in handy. The location was marvellous and amazing in a pedestrian area, right by mountains and many shops and restaurants. The whole experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish, recommend😀

We hosted event in hotel, everything was excellent except lunch after event, pure quality and over priced.

Location and a comfortable bed, but alas no bath tub, even at € 137 a night.

The hotel had no record of my reservation. They fitted me in, indeed they gave me a more expensive room for the anticipated price. But it is most disconcerting to find that a reservation made through Booked.net can go astray. Would Booked.net please investigate and let me know what happened.

The hotel is clean.

We experienced multiple issues . The pressure in the water jets of the bathtub was erratic, causing water to shoot out uncontrollably. The breakfast experience was disappointing, lacking variety and quality. There was also a stain on the floor.

Savoury and delicious breakfasts, the stay was very good!

The restaurant had lots of fab meals for breakfast. The hotel was located in the centre of the city.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi temperature should be adjusted!!! Electrics in rooms need better maintenance!!! Toiletries must be more plentiful!!! Any 5-star hotel should have perfect functioning in all areas!!!

The Superior Double Room boasts a modern design with spacious layouts. The outdoor pool area is clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring the city.

Inadequate lighting in the bathroom made it challenging for getting ready. There was a persistent odor from smoking areas that occasionally wafted into the non-smoking sections, which detracted from the overall dining experience. The free TV channels often suffered from poor signal reception.

I enjoyed the elegant decor and spacious layout of the common areas, easy for me to navigate and relax-perfect for seniors. The staff were attentive.

I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The staff were pretty good too ensure my comfort during every treatment.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, especially for those like me who prefer vegetarian choices. It would be nice to see more variety in the future.

The staff were accommodating, offering a free late check-out.

The bathroom lighting was inadequate, making it difficult to get ready.

The hotel has a fine indoor pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. My room had air conditioning and a great view from the balcony. Breakfast was diverse with fresh pastries and quality food. The wellness area was awesome, with various saunas and spa treatments. Staff were super great throughout my stay.

Had a lovely two-night stay where I enjoyed the spacious room with a huge bed and a powerful shower. The spa area offered a great sauna and massage options, perfect for unwinding after exploring. Only thing was the bathroom could've used a bit more lighting, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊
